Fuad Bafana

Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Office of The Managing Director
Ali Bin Abu Bakar Bafana or Fuad Bafana as he is affectionately known is a well-respected figure in the air cargo logistics business in the ASEAN region.

Although a Singaporean and married with 4 adult children, he has spent the majority of his working years in Indonesia and Malaysia, first starting off in timber business in Indonesia before joining DHL Global in Singapore where he gained extensive experience in cargo and logistics operations.
Thereafter, he joined Neptune Air Sdn Bhd as a Station Manager at Senai Airport between 2011 to 2014. In 2014, because of his stellar performance at Neptune, he was approached and invited to join PT Tri MG Intra Asia Airlines as its General Manager.

Fuad Bafana is known as a no-nonsense person who gets all operational matters done smoothly and efficiently. He maybe be firm in his managerial skills but he is still an approachable person. A key player in any organization.

Capt Zack Isaak

Director of Commercial & Business Development
Mr Zack Isaak has been a pivotal player within the operations department since his introduction to PT. TRI-M.G. AIRLINES in 2016. Mr Zack Isaak pursued his passion in aviation since his tertiary days and holds a commercial pilot license in the United States Of America. His experience over the years with the airline has covered many aspects of operations which includes engineering, aircraft procurement, flight operations and airport services just to name a few. 
Mr. Zack spearhead the airline business operations with more than 20 flights a day covering the whole of South East Asia. As he is accountable to all the customers, within this responsibility is ensuring all flights are operating as agreed. The airline’s Operations Control Center (OCC) is being led by Mr Zack ensuring smooth day- to- day movements of all it’s aircrafts. He and his team provides a coordinated response in a timely manner should there be any operational interruptions to minimise the impact on the airline’s service.

Capt. Atiq

Director of Air Operations
Capt Atiq is a very capable pilot. Qualified as a Captain with more than 8,258 flight hours of experience. He can be relied upon to lead the crewing department for in Tri MG and to ensure compliance of safety standards and flight management systems.

Shaun Monnery

Director of Asset Management and International Affairs
Shaun Monnery has a long history of experience in all areas of airline activity and aircraft leasing. He previously spent 14 years with Thomas Cook as a full board director, and an air industry career that extends back more than 40 years. Shaun’s experience started at the very roots of the industry in the UK, with the Civil Aviation Authority in 1972. He progressed through some of the most iconic names in UK-based air travel including Dan Air and Air Europe before setting up Air World in 1993 as a founder Director, and which Thomas Cook acquired in 1996. He then went on to form his own consultancy
In amassing those and other industry names on his CV he has been involved in Crew Scheduling and Crew Training, Ground Operations, Flight Operations, Engineering and all Commercial and Planning aspects and Aircraft Leasing. He has also been involved in lecturing for the UK NATS, speaking at Leasing Finance Conferences and is currently a part-time lecturer for the Airbus Business Academy – ABA in Toulouse. He has worked at most of the UK’s regional airports along with extensive leasing activities in North and South America and Africa. For the last four years he has been based in Asia representing different Leasing Companies and working with a number of Thai carriers in Thailand.


Director ofCorporate & Legal Affairs
Mustaffa was a lawyer in private practice in Singapore. Presently 50 years of age and married with 2 children, he was an International Scholarship holder from University of Liverpool Law School from which he graduated in year 1994 with a 2nd Class Honours. He was called to the English Bar in the year 1996 and is a Barrister at law from Lincolns Inn. He has extensive experience in civil, commercial, corporate work including mergers, acquisition and restructuring work. He now focusses on aviation / air law as the Group’s Corporate & Legal Affairs Director. He advises the Group on all its legal matters and is conversant on Indonesian and Malaysian law. Aside from legal work, he is involved with the fund-raising activities of the Group. A well- liked person, he is meticulous in his work and is always looking forward to greater contributions to the success of the Group.

Maryglenn Bondoc, CPA

Director of Finance and Accounts
Maryglenn was a consistent Dean’s Lister, scholar and graduated with an Honours degree in Accountancy from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Philippines where she pursued her Master of Business Administration. She has completed Association of Taxation Technicians Singapore Specialist Certificate in Taxation at SAA Global Education. A full member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She started her career with Sycip, Gorres Velayo & Co., an Ernst and Young Member (Big 4 Accounting Firms). She was involved with numerous audit assurance engagements with trading, manufacturing, telecommunications, finance companies, and non-profit organization. In the year 2002, she became Finance Director of Pacific East Asia Cargo Airlines, designated cargo carrier and an affiliated company of Philippine Airlines. Concurrently, she held the position of Executive Vice President and COO of ZIPP Cargo Corporation, a freight forwarding and an affiliated company of PEAC. 
She has a vast knowledge of the cargo market movements in this region and has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in Aviation Industry. Since year 2011, she has been able to spearhead the company’s progress ahead against many others. She leads a team of Accountants to provide the company with its competitive edge. She possesses strong management and powerful negotiation skills. Undoubtedly honest and trustworthy, she is the financial wizard with great prudence and would beat any challenges that come her way with aplomb.

Yusuf Abdurachman

Director of Customer Relation
Yusuf , or Pak Uchu as nick named, has lived all his adult life as a logistics man. He is Indonesian, 55 years old and happily married with 3 children. Pak Uchu grew old in the early days of Soekarno Hatta Airport and Halim airport vicinity serving MNCs like DHL , UPS and Trakindo from 1985 to 2003 before joining Tri MG Airlines in 2004 . During his years in Tri MG airlines, he has expanded the coverage of Tri MG’s business circle within Indonesia extensively and has clinched lucrative contracts for the airlines’ schedule operation and spot charters. He is all knowing of Indonesia and Indonesia knows him. as the ambassador of the company during events and conferences, Pak Uchu is much trusted by the industry players as he does not normally fail to deliver his promises.


Manager of Marketing Singapore & International
Mr Shameer was graduated in the Royal Melbourne Institue of Technology in Business Logistics and Supply Chain Management He has developed a network of market intelligence over the years in the air cargo industry and well known in the field by shippers and consolidators. Formerly a soccer player for the Singapore National Team, he is swift in identifying market trends and its forces. He is very capable in developing key growth sales strategies and action plans. The Group’s freighter operations relies on him to fill up its aircraft space from the open market non contractual customers in all the 3 countries Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Mohd Firdaus Shariff

Manager for Domestic & International Business Development
Mr Firdaus, a Singaporean from an aviation-oriented family, graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a 1st Class Honors in Aeronautical Engineering. 
Over the years, Firdaus has headed the Business Development department for various companies in various industries such as Aviation, Logistics, Mining and Healthcare. 
Backed by his aviation education and his entrepreneurial nature, Firdaus has regularly traversed the Southeast Asian region over the last decade and built a strong network within the aviation and logistics industry. 
Equipped with a strong Commercial Team, and geared by his motivation and creativity, Firdaus and his team has managed to develop several Domestic Markets within Indonesia as well as International Sectors within the Southeast Asian region for the group. 
Firdaus is now based in Indonesia and is focused on expanding the group’s fleet exponentially in the short term. He plans to position the group as a Regional Leader in providing aviation solutions for e-commerce logistics requirements within Southeast Asia.

Andi Raharto

Manager of Cengkareng & Papua
Mr. Andi has been in the cargo industry all his life. He possess a wide industrial network within domestic Indonesia and trusted by many in the cargo industry. A steady and capable person, Pak Andi commands the respect and trust from his customers to personally handle their requirements effectively.

Capt Agustinus

Flight Operations Manager
Capt Agustinus is a very capable pilot. Qualified as a Captain with more than 20,500 flight hours of experience. He can be relied upon to lead the crewing department for in Tri MG and to ensure compliance of safety standards and flight management systems.

Rexon Haris Simanjuntak

Quality Assurance Manager
An experienced person in the quality management of aircraft and trusted by DGCA and The Ministry of Transport Indonesia to manage Tri MG’s Quality Assurance department. Subandi has an extensive network within the DGCA and MROs to ensure Tri MG’s aircraft are well taken care of and continuously made airworthy.


Technical Manager
Dedicated and loyal, he works as hard as a horse 24/7 to ensure Tri MG’s aircraft are consistently airworthy. Undoubtedly one of the best engineers in Indonesia at current, Tri MG have benefited enormously from his skills and devotion.


Chief Aviation Safety Officer
Mr. Frank is a trusted employee and well respected by the Authority to manage the safety department of Tri MG Airlines. He is known to the Authorities in DGCA and submits himself to the importance of safety compliance of the airline industry.


General Affairs Manager
Mr. Denny is a very positive person and always full of confidence. He is good natured and honest. He believes in practicality in solving issues and ensuring the company is always well facilitated in the face of challenges. Another one who works like a horse and 24/7. Tri MG has benefitted enormously from his devotion.
